Billboard 'skins' that have had a previous life hanging out on motorways, streets and building faces, entertaining and informing New Zealanders are chosen by WAS for their potential as a recycled billboard bag!
Parts of the billboards are selected by the WAS team to ensure each bag carries with it original, funky, street appeal.
Once cut, cleaned and even ironed … voila! ... A hard wearing, 'traffic stopping' fashion bag emerges!
